Talc Planned Treatment and Refinement
The raw material recovered will be carried up above the ground by the track transport. We assume constructing the treatment station of degree I under the ground. There, the crusher will be installed. After the 1st degree of crushing, the gross fraction will be sorted on the endless belt by manual technology, so that the raw material with the content of talc only will be carried up above the ground.
The 2nd degree of crushing and sorting equipment shall be established by the mouthing to the gallery.
In principle, there are 3 alternatives possible for processing of the mineral recovered:
- manual sorting in carrier belt
- optical sorting
- flotation treatment – by foam flotation
The fact, which one of these alternatives will be most suitable, shall be established by first tons of talc recovered.
